A client wanted a simple way to track personal reading, without unnecessary complexity. I built a single Notion database with status, rating, genre, and notes fields, plus two dashboard views (Currently Reading / Completed) in Gallery layout with cover images, sorted by rating. One clean database with smart filtered views — proving usability beats complexity for personal, single-user systems.

A charter business needed a Notion system to manage their fleet, clients, and bookings — moving from scattered spreadsheets to one connected workspace. I built three linked databases (Fleet, Clients, Bookings) with rollups and a conditional formula that isolates confirmed revenue from cancelled or pending bookings, plus a status board (Available / Booked / Maintenance) and a booking calendar for at-a-glance operations.
